Troubleshooting

Problem: The unit will not operate at all.
Cause:
- Blown Fuse or tripped circuit breaker
- Power Failure
- Remote Control batteries are low
- Signal from remote control is not being sent
Solution:
- Check the fuse or circuit breaker. Replace the blown fuse or reset the circuit breaker.
- Wait until the power is restored to restart the unit. If you experience brown out conditions, contact an electrician or your local utility.
- Replace the batteries. Be sure not to mix old and new batteries, as well as different brands/types
- Be sure that you are not using the remote control too far away from the indoor unit’s control panel.
Problem: The unit runs and then stops immediately
Cause: Air inlets and/or outlets are blocked
Solution: Remove any obstacles from the air inlets/outlets/Clean the air filter, louvers, and inlet grille.
Problem: Abnormal heating or cooling
Cause:
- Air inlets and/or outlets are blocked
- Improper temperature is set
- Check the fan speed
- Improper louver adjustment
- Be sure that there are no other sources of heat/steam in the area being cooled
- Conditioned air might be escaping
Solution:
- Remove any obstacles from the air inlets/outlets-Clean the air filter, louvers, and inlet grille.
- Ensure that the proper mode and temperature is set on the unit. Try to adjust the set point temperature on the thermostat to a better operating temperature
- Adjust the fan speed to see if that improves the conditions.
- Try to adjust the louver position to ensure it is open enough.
- Remove or turn off other appliances producing heat or steam.
- Ensure that any doors or windows in the area being heated/cooled are closed
Problem: Air from unit does not feel cold enough
Solution:
- Room temperature below 62 F(17 C ). Cooling may not occur until room temperature O O rises above 62 F(17 C).
- Temperature sensing behind air filter element touching cold coil. Keep it from the cold coil.
- Set to a Lower temperature.
- Compressor stopped when changing modes. Wait for 3 minutes after set to the COOL mode.

we have a ch62 code in the airhandler
My unit shut down and I have a EC code flashing. It will not turn back on. what does this mean?

Lg cassette ac indoor unit will display red colour 2times green colour 5times and outdoor error 521 display
EC code: Define the evaporator coil temp.T2 of the compressor just starts running as Tcool. In the beginning 5 minutes after the compressor starts up, if T2 ＜Tcool－2°C (Tcool－35.6°F) does not remain continuous 4 seconds and this situation happens 3 times, the display area will show “EC” and AC will turn off. Possible causes: T2 sensor faulty. Indoor PCB faulty. System problems, such as leakage or blocking.
My compressor will not come at all. For cool or heat.

What is wrong
We are getting an error code. What does that mean
we installed a 24000 btu unit it is giving some heat but not full potential showing code F3 is this a faulty outside sensor
