CH01: Room temperature sensor failure. Check the room temperature sensor and related circuits.
CH02: Tube temperature sensor failure. Check the tube temperature sensor and related circuits.
E1: Tube temperature sensor failure. Check the tube temperature sensor and related circuits.
E2: Room temperature sensor failure. Check the room temperature sensor and related circuits.
E4: Anti-freeze protection. Restore the functions automatically once anti-freeze protection is over.

Problem: The unit does not start when pressing on/off button
Possible Causes:
- Water full indicators blinks and water tank is full
- Room temperature is higher than the set temperature
- Room temperature is lower than the setting temperature
Corrective Action:
- Drain the water from the water tank
- Reset the temperature
- Reset the temperature
Problem: Not cool enough
Possible Causes:
- The doors or windows are not closed
- There are heat sources inside the room
- Exhaust air hose is not connected or blocked
- Temperature setting is too high
- Air inlet is blocked
Corrective Action:
- Make sure all the windows and doors are closed
- Remove the heat sources if possible
- Connect or clean the exhaust air hose
- Reset the temperature
- Clean the air inlet and filters
Problem: The unit is noisy/loud
Possible Causes:
- The ground is not level or not flat enough
- The sound comes from the flowing of the refrigerant inside the air conditioner
Corrective Action:
- Place the unit on a flat, level ground if possible
- It is normal
Problem: The compressor does not seem to be working
Possible Causes: The overheat protection may be activated
Corrective Action: Wait 30 minutes until the temperature has decreased, then turn on the unit again
Problem: The remote control does not function
Possible Causes:
- Remote control signal is not detected by the control panel
- Distance too great
- The batteries are drained
Corrective Action:
- Wait 30 minutes until the temperature has decreased, then turn on the unit again

Problem: Displays is full
Possible Causes: Water tank in chassis is full
