De’Longhi S.p.A. is an Italy-based small appliances manufacturer based in Treviso, Italy. Founded in 1902 the company dealt in industrial parts manufacturing. It was not until 1950 that the company started to take on portable heaters and air conditioners. Expanded their business to the small domestic appliance category that was allowed by ironing, cleaning, and other segments.
Today, the company is widely known for its coffee machines, and portable air conditioners. Apart from its system, the company is known for its design statements – bringing you the best of both worlds. However, it was not until 2000 that the company entered the commercial HVACR market. However, it’s their portable air conditioner that still takes the lead.
